An unusual mix of coach, creative and consultant, my talent is in identifying gaps, issues and opportunities and and coming up with creative, enterprising and ethical solutions to solve them.
My background is in Marketing, Project and Change Management - needless to say it means I've worked on a lot
of projects and assignments, and my skills will look broad. I have a reputation for delivery, creativity and being more human than your typical consultant.
As an Agent of Change, I use my talent and this unusual mix of skills to help organisations, individuals and communities make improvements - be it the creation of something new or the improvement of something existing, if it improves the experience of people and the impact on the planet - you can count me in.

The intention of my work and of those within my communities of practice is to cause change for the benefit of humanity. Whether it's making people's lives at work better and healthier, helping businesses and communities become more sustainable or helping entrepreneurs make a difference through their work - it all comes back to marketing, delivery and engagement. Communication is a big part of marketing. Good communication = reinforced change.
Social Marketing - used primarily in health but
can be applied to the broader need for a shift in societal behaviour; i.e. climate change
Cause Marketing - linking to a charitable cause as part of your marketing strategy.
Viewing an organisation a living system, I am interested in a cross-business approach to change and organisational wellbeing. It is about having health and wellbeing strategies yes, but it goes broaded than that. Leadership, structure,
communications, ways of working and ways of being - all of these affect the health of an organisation. Talent management and learning through to the
office and its canteen, they all play a part. Even your customers and communities, how healthy are they?
For those who know me, they would be shocked not to see India on here somewhere. A calling, a connection - who knows. It is there, whatever the label. Healthy business, healthy communities?

What can we learn from India? And what can India learn from us? The potential is huge. And we all need to learn fast. The answers are in tthe now and in history.
